Setting up your email in Outlook Express

The next in our series of ‘how to’s’ is Outlook Express. Hopefully this will help you set-up your email address correctly.

1. Firstly open Outlook Express this can be done via the Start button.

2. If asked whether you’d like to open this particular account automatically every time you start Outlook Express, click Yes (if you do) or No (if you don’t).

If you don’t want to be asked this question again, click to check the Always perform this check… box.

3. Check When Outlook Express starts, go directly to my Inbox. (more…)

Setting up your email in Apple Mail

One of the most popular questions we get asked here at Method, is how to set-up an email account… Well we are answering that call, and starting with Apple’s Mail. We hope to add other email clients over the next few weeks.

1. Firstly select Preferences from the Mail menu.

2. Click the + icon to create a new account.

3. In the Add Account window, enter your full name, email address and email password. Click Continue. (more…)
